Ingredients: 2 yuan tofu, half an onion, 1 cucumber, 1 shallot, two cloves of garlic Seasoning: chili powder, white sesame, light soy sauce, vinegar, oil consumption, salt, sugar, chicken essence

Production steps:

  1. Cut the tofu into small pieces, spread tinfoil on a baking tray and brush with a layer of oil, put the tofu on, brush the surface of the tofu with a layer of oil, bake in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes, and turn the sides once during the process. Grill it until it’s charred on the surface.

  2. Shred onions and cucumbers, cut shallots into chopped green onions, and chop garlic for later use

  3. Add chili powder, white sesame seeds, minced garlic, chopped green onion, and pepper powder in a bowl, pour over hot oil, immediately add light soy sauce, oil consumption, vinegar, sugar, salt, and chicken essence, and stir well.

Ingredients: 1 lotus root, 100 grams of minced meat, appropriate amount of glutinous rice Seasoning: white pepper, light soy sauce, oil consumption, salt, sugar, cornstarch

  1. Cut the lotus root into pieces (you can use a meat grinder), soak the glutinous rice for 2 hours in advance

  2. Stir minced lotus root + minced meat + light soy sauce, white pepper powder, oil consumption, sugar, and salt evenly, then add cornstarch and stir

  3. Make meatballs of uniform size, wrap with a layer of glutinous rice, and steam for 30 minutes.
